Sabanci University Medical Vision and Analysis Group
Our group mission is the analysis of medical data from CT, Ultrasound, MR and MRI.
We are focused both on publishing new contributions but also on providing the scientific
and industry community with reliable and repeatable results. We also try,
at the possible extent, to share our code.
We collaborate with medical partners and industry. Nevertheless, we are interested into
formulating problems of research, that emerge from communicating with medical partners,
trying to answer real problems in the medical imagery.
